Geode of calcite on fluorite spheres
and quartz. The fluorite is yellow to tan and the calcite has
fluorite spheres along the joints between the planes of the calcite
crystals. There is also quartz partially coating the calcite crystals.
The fluorite that forms the base of the calcite has a white coating
on the bottom side. This specimen comes from Jalgaon, Maharashtra,
India. Calcite crystal is approximately 3 inches tall. Specimen

Calcite with fluorite from Nasik District, Maharashtra, India.
The fluorite is brown and light yellow, the calcite has several
smooth faces but most have interesting growth patterns. The largest
fluorite ball is approximately 3/4 inch. The specimen is approximately
